This is the third in a series of beginner classes at the A1 level. Traveling to France soon, need French for work or for personal pursuits? Beginning French teaches students to communicate immediately in Everyday Situations by learning the building blocks of the language.
Littérature Avancée B2/C1 with Joelle | 26Sp | Online | Tuesday 10–11:30am
Students studying Advanced Literature read excerpts and works of famous authors, learn their biographies, mark their place in history, and discuss major themes. Our classes depend upon minimum enrollment.
Littérature Francophone B2 with Gaëlle | 26Sp | In-Person | Tuesday 11:30–1pm
NEW In-person class. Lecture, analyse et discussion de textes courts (nouvelles, contes, poésie, etc.) issus de cultures francophones diverses.
French for Adv Beginner/ Early Interm A2/B1 with Gaëlle | 26Sp | In-Person | Tuesday 1:30–3:30pm
At the A2/B1 level, students continue to strengthen their skills in French through proper pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar, focusing on a communicative approach to the language. Past and future tenses are stressed along with other finer points of the language.
French for Advanced Beginners A2 with Charles | 26Sp | In-Person | Tuesday 5:30–7pm
In person class. This class is for advanced beginners level-A2, and will challenge students’ abilities by strengthening their skills in French through proper pronunciation, and vocabulary and grammar, focusing on a communicative approach to the language.
