Group Classes

  • Overall, our classes average 5-6 students per class with a maximum of 8 students.
  • Registration in any class is taken in the order received until a maximum of 8 students has been reached.
  • A minimum of 4-5 students per class is required for a group class to take place.
  • If this minimum is not met, students who have already registered for the course will be offered other options, including registering for a diferent course, or participating in group of 3 students ($30 each/hour) or semi-private tutoring @ $40.00pp.
  • If students who have already registered wish to keep a course open with only two students, course fees for semi-private tutoring will apply.

Registration

  • Each member/student of the AFSR will have an account on our website where it is possible to view and make payments for classes, lessons and events. One can also view past class registrations and membership information. All members/students need to register online for group classes and tutoring. For assistance, please contact the school.
  • Registration in any class is taken in the order received until a maximum of 8 students has been reached.
  • For sessions of seven to eight weeks, students have the option of paying for one less class if they anticipate missing one.

AFSR is a non-profit organization that operates on a limited budget. For this reason, prompt payment for classes at the time of registration is necessary to help us settle our operational expenses in a timely fashion.

Therefore as of the Late Fall Session starting on October 28, 2019, we will begin to charge a late payment fee of $25 if checks or any other types of payment are not submitted or completed by the second class.
