Use this form if you’re having technical difficulties with the website such as problems purchasing a class or to report missing or incorrect information, etc.
BEFORE SENDING A REPORT, please try the following steps first if you had a product purchase or other form technical issue (for missing or incorrect website information, please skip ahead and describe the issue in the large field below):
- Restart: Browsers and operating systems crash occasionally. Try restarting your browser or computer/phone/tablet, then try the webpage again.
- Browsers: Try a different browser such as switching from Safari to Firefox or Chrome or try another device.
- Connection: Ensure you have a solid internet connection. If on WiFi, try switching to a cellular network temporarily or vice versa. Proxy networks and firewalls can be problematic too. Ask your network admin for help with these.
