Julia's marvelous "Atelier de Pâtisserie" workshop is back this December - and we're celebrating la saison des fêtes - the holidays !

In her first online edition of Atelier de Pâtisserie series, Julia transports you to the region of Alsace, and shows you how to make this wintery brioche like a pro! Often enjoyed at les Marchés de Noël, le kougelhopf, can be accompanied by "son verre de vin chaud" !

Price: $55 (non-members will need to join Alliance Française de Santa Rosa, which can be done at checkout - Individual members are $50 and $75 for families)

This tutorial is conducted in French (A2 level and up) and lasts 90 min minimum
