    This class is for the complete Beginner. Traveling to France soon, need French for work or for personal pursuits? Beginning French teaches students to communicate immediately in Everyday Situations by learning the building blocks of the language.  Students practice dialogues to introduce themselves, ask questions, make purchases, and enjoy the culture and challenges of everyday life. Use of current practical expressions, correct pronunciation and grammar, and cultural know-how are stressed.     *AFSR Membership: $50 Individual/$75 Family In-person class! “Beginning French for SRFACS Parents” is a fun 10-week communicative course, focusing on the tools parents need to learn French alongside their children. This course focuses on communication through dialogue, role-play, and correct pronunciation, offering interesting, effective and fun classes with practical applications for schoolwork. Weekly homework is to practice with family and classmates and do listening practice independently.

This class will help students learn to enjoy and interact in the French culture, whether it be for travel, work, or personal pursuits.
