Café Frida is a unique space created by Senegal immigrant Mamadou Diouf and his father-in-law, well-known Santa Rosa artist Mario Uribe, niched in the Art District of Santa Rosa, with a gallery featuring Sonoma County artists and collaborated on a menu with nostalgic themes from both their native countries; France and Mexico.

Santa Rosa French-American Charter School is a public French Immersion school and it is the only accredited public school of its kind in California. It is a Dependent Charter School in the Santa Rosa City Schools District.
