Fall 2022 “Cuisine et Conversation” Workshop
Saturday, October 22 from 2 pm to 5 pm

The class begins with a short lesson in kitchen vocabulary and everyday expressions to give you the linguistic tools to work collaboratively. The recipes are easy to follow and written in French and English. The atmosphere is supportive and relaxed.

Prepare and share a fabulous meal while learning and speaking French!

This workshop offers students the opportunity to:

  • Familiarize themselves with everyday French around the kitchen and meals
  • Learn and practice useful cooking techniques in a well-equipped kitchen
  • Speak French to accomplish everyday tasks

While intermediate level French is ideal for this workshop, beginners are also welcome!

To celebrate apple season, we’ll be preparing dishes from the Normandy region:

  • Soupe à l’oignon
  • Salade tiède normande
  • Tarte aux pommes à la normande

The cost for the workshop is $65.

Enrollment is limited to 8 persons, so Julia must have your RSVP no later than October 17!
