Saturday, November 11th in-person 9 am to 12 pm, and Sunday, November 12th via Online 6 pm to 7 pm*

Bring the flavors of France to your kitchen! Join us as we learn to make sourdough bread (pain au levain) in French. Sourdough bread began trending a few years ago and for good reason—it’s delicious! (And it isn’t always sour!) In this workshop, we’ll make focaccia you can bake at home with your favorite toppings—olive oil, herbs, tomatoes, etc. The French Riviera never felt so near?. All levels of French welcome. 3 hrs in-person Saturday + 1 hr online follow-up Sunday.

Equipment: Please bring the following equipment: a medium to large mixing bowl, 1 8-9″ square or round baking pan (or 2 loaf pans), a rubber spatula, a kitchen towel, a small Tupperware container w/ lid, and any optional ingredients you would like to top the bread: tomatoes, cheese, herbs, etc.
