Please join us for a conversation with celebrated truffle farmer Édouard Aynaud. We are very lucky to have M. Aynaud here from the tiny, picturesque village in the Dordogne region where he’s been cultivating and selling truffles for 25 years.
You’ll find him featured in an article in Bien-dire Initial magazine devoted to this historic and picturesque part of France. M. Aynaud is thrilled to share his passion for truffles with us and we are delighted to have the opportunity to learn more about him and practice our French at the same time.
