Please join us for a Sunday cooking class at Maison Porcella in Windsor with Chef de cuisine Marc-Henri Jean-Baptiste.

The ticket price includes a 3-hour cooking class and a 1-hour dégustation afterwards, with one glass of wine.

Menu:

  • Entrée: Tartare de poisson (fish tartare)
  • Plat: Quiche et Salade
  • Dessert: Mousse au Chocolat

Class is limited to 12 students!
